I had an errand to run in Isla Vista today. On my way I heard live music that reminded me of my good friends who are musically inclined. Upon finishing my errand I walked the same route I had taken, passing once again the live music, I realized that it was indeed my friends jamming in front of Caje. I stuck around and listened, then noticed a fixed gear bike next to me. This is what I did once the jam came to an end (of course due to the wonderful Isla Vista Foot Potrol). Enjoy

what is this about?

Brianna, Natalie, Zach and I (Alex) are working together for our English 25 Social Media Project. We have chosen to create social commentary via photos, music and video footage of the hipster culture. so BEWARE, we are taking candid pictures of all you hipsters running a muck out there. The four of us will be conducting a photo shoot and a runway show amongst us in hipster clothes (i.e. American Apparel and Urban Outfitters).
After we produce the perfect hipster playlist, we will combine our photos, runway show and video footage into a video which we will post on the blog and youtube.com
